Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Strategic Analytics Group LLC (DBA Strat-A) for consulting services or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Consulting Services
Strat-A provides professional consulting services, including but not limited to:
Fractional CFO services
Financial strategy
Data analytics and reporting
Systems and process Design
Grant compliance and financial management
Organizational consulting
The scope of services, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a separate written proposal, engagement letter, or consulting agreement.
Fees and Payment
Payment terms will be specified in each client agreement, proposal, or invoice.
Payments are accepted in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide timely access to the information, personnel, and materials reasonably necessary for Strat-A to perform the agreed services
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Strat-A retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, templates, tools, and original work products until payment has been received in full.
Client-specific deliverables created for the engagement become available for the client’s internal business use upon payment.
Limitation of Liability
Strat-A provides professional consulting services based on information provided by the client. Business decisions remain the remain the responsibility of the client.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strat-A shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. The most current version will be updated on this website.
