Service Delivery Policy

Strategic Analytics Group LLC (dba Strat-A) provides professional consulting services tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Services may include:

• Fractional CFO Services

• Financial Strategy and forecasting

• Data analytics and reporting

• System and process design

• Grant compliance and financial management

• Organizational consulting

Services are are provided remotely or on-site as mutually agreed upon with the client.

Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in the written engagement agreement or proposal before work begins.

Communication is conducted primarily through email, telephone, and virtual meetings unless otherwise arranged.

All services are billed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
