Refund Policy

Strategic Analytics Group LLC (dba Strat-A) is committed to providing high-quality consulting services tailored to each client’s needs.

Because consulting services involve professional time, analytics, and customized work, refunds are handled as follows:

Before Work Begins

If a project is terminated before work has begun, any prepaid amounts, less any agreed administrative or planning fees, will be refunded.

After Work Has Begun

Once work has commenced, payments are generally non-refundable for work performed.

If a project is terminated before completion, the client will only be responsible for payment for work completed through the date of termination.

Client Satisfaction

If you have concerns regarding the quality or scope of services, please contact us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and resolve issues professionally.

Payment Disputes

Questions regarding invoices or charges should be submitted within 15 days of the invoice date.
